Heart disease and stroke cost America nearly $1billion a day in medical costs, lost productivity.


Nearly 800 Americans die each year from heart disease, stroke and other cardiovascular diseases, accounting for one in every three deaths. Annually about one in every six U.S. healthcare dollars is spent on cardiovascular disease.

By 2030 annual direct medical costs associated with cardiovascular diseases are projected to rise to more than $818 billion, while lost productivity costs could exceed.

The Typical Standard American Diet is low fruits and vegetables, low in fiber, high in saturated and hydrogenated fats, high in animal fat and high in sugar.

What can we do, focus on whole-food, plant-based diet, it has been scientifically shown to prevent and reverse chronic diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

Most diet plans focus on eating less, the whole food, plant-based diet thrives on abundance” the future of health care will involve an evolution toward a paradigm where the prevention and treatment of disease is centered, not on a pill or a surgical procedure, but on another serving of fruits and vegetables.
